By accessing or using Recall.bio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Recall.bio is a digital platform that allows users to answer daily prompts, record audio or text life updates, and save them securely as a digital legacy. We provide tools to designate heirs who can access this archive in the future.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Your Content and Privacy
You retain all rights and ownership to the thoughts, memories, audio recordings, and text you submit to Recall.bio. We do not claim ownership over your data. We only use your data to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. All user content is encrypted to ensure privacy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided memories) are and will remain the exclusive property of Recall.bio and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Recall.bio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
