We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our Service. This includes saving your memories, processing audio transcriptions, authenticating your account, and sending legacy invitations to your designated heirs when you choose to do so.

We keep your personal information and memories for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, or specific memories, they will be permanently removed from our active databases, though some data may remain in secure backups for a limited time.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting or database providers like Supabase, or AI transcription services) strictly for the purpose of operating our Service. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
